SHIPPING

'Ready Stock' items - the item will be ship within 2 working days. Delivery using Pos Laju might take another 1-3 working days and Pos Parcel will take 3-7 working days.

b) 'Pre-Order' items, - delivery will took about 2-4 weeks. This delivery time depends on courier, item transit and custom clearance. I cannot tell you exactly when it will arrive because the item was directly imported from supplier in USA.

  • By default, i use Pos Laju for 'small' items. If an item is 'big', i use Pos Parcel to save on shipping cost.
a) Pos Laju is an express courier by Pos Malaysia. They are fast and reliable service. They also have tracking number and you can trace your parcel online. Normally items ship within 24 hours for Semenanjung Malaysia and 1-3 working days for Sabah/Sarawak. You need to sign the parcel upon delivery. If nobody at home during delivery, they will give a notification card to claim the parcel at the nearest Pos Laju office.

b) Pos Parcel is a parcel service by Pos Malaysia. The difference between Pos Parcel and Pos Laju is Pos Parcel delivery time is about 3-10 working days. They have tracking number(you can track online) and signature is required upon delivery.
  • You also can ask me to send the item by other courier services, however you are responsible to shipping and handling fee that will be charged.
  • I will not be responsible to the item once it leaves our warehouse. Please report the missing item to the courier. They will trace the parcel for you.
  • If you still haven't received your parcel please call Pos Hotline 1 300 300 300 and give them the tracking number. I will email the tracking number after shipped an item. Pos Hotline will help you to trace the parcel.
